Wedding designs are romantic, lush and true to each couple’s distinctive personalities. Each design is treated uniquely with seasonality and careful consideration of the venue. While we love putting on big productions, we also love small, intimate affairs. From bouquets and centrepieces to large- scale installations, we work closely with each couple to bring their wedding day vision to life.
Wedding planning can be overwhelming. Our goal is to make the design portion as enjoyable as possible. The design process begins with an initial consultation, either by phone call or in-person. We recommend in-person consultations so you can view our rental collection consisting of vases, candle holders, card boxes, table numbers, etc. The initial consultation is designed to give our team a thorough idea of what you’re envisioning for your big day as well as to brainstorm creative ways of making your design unique and true to your personality.
After our consultation, we create an itemized estimate. We are aware that it is not often one will purchase flowers + decor to this extent so we're happy to provide an itemized breakdown so you can see how your budget is being allocated. Once confirmed, we head to the drawing board to create a visual design proposal, including your colour palette, flower types, vases and any other rental items. Upon booking, we remain available for guidance to ensure cohesion with other design elements you bring in, i.e. charger plate, table rental selections, etc.
Smaller, more intimate weddings generally require 1-2 meetings, while larger weddings can require up to 3. We understand that details can change between booking and your actual wedding date. One month before your wedding, we invite you back to the studio for a final consultation to finalize these details. Then, it's showtime!
We loved Andrea and Mitch’s wedding for so many reasons. We loved how they completely transformed Andrea’s family home to make the space perfect for their wedding. But mostly, we loved Andrea and Mitch and how wonderful they were to work with.

We absolutely loved how the beautiful lines the smilax made on her family staircase, the seating chart, and the head table. It gave a cohesive, organic feeling to the head table as it connected all the arrangements and elements.
