Book your florist after securing your venue to better assess your floral needs and receive an accurate quote. While most clients book about a year in advance, shorter timelines are welcome based on availability.

Rikki Marcone limits bookings to ensure each event receives dedicated attention, so early inquiries are encouraged.

Our full-service weddings start at a minimum investment of $8,000, with most clients averaging around $15,000. For smaller events or non-peak days, we offer curated a la carte options, allowing each celebration to be thoughtfully tailored with the same attention to detail and artistry.

We work with a wide variety of blooms to achieve our signature aesthetic, with flower choices guided by your colour palette and desired textures. The specific varieties we plan to use will be outlined in your Visual Proposal.Whenever possible, we prioritize Ontario-grown flowers during the local growing season (May–October), supplementing with imported blooms as needed. You're welcome to request specific flower types, and while we’ll do our best to accommodate, please note that not all varieties are available year-round.

1. Inspirational Images – These could be bouquets, arrangements, individual blooms, landscapes, or anything that reflects your personal style. We want to get to know you and what inspires your vision.
‍2. Wedding Elements – Share anything you’ve already chosen that contributes to your overall design—linens, stationery, dresses, etc. These details help us ensure your floral design feels cohesive with the rest of your day.
‍3. Floor Plans – If you don’t have a full floor plan yet, that’s completely fine. A simple table count and the shapes you’re envisioning will help us provide a more accurate quote.
‍4. Budget – We understand it can be hard to know what flowers cost, especially early in the planning process. We’re mindful of different financial needs and want to work within your comfort zone. A general budget range helps us tailor our design suggestions accordingly.

You’re welcome to request a sample of your centrepiece for an additional fee. We recommend this option if you'd like a visual preview ahead of your wedding or event day.

While we’ll do our best to use the same flowers planned for your final design, please note that some varieties may be unavailable due to seasonal limitations. As such, samples should be viewed primarily as a reference for size, shape, and colour palette.
